Tenant Fees

TENANT FEES AND DOCUMENTATIONS

If you are a tenant (and guarantor) interested in renting a property we will require a fee to be paid and certain documentations.

Documentation that may be requested:

Passport and another document proving your ID (Driving Licence Utility Bill, Student ID, Birth certificate or European ID)

3 months’ bank statements

3 months’ payslips (if applicable/guarantor)

References from previous landlord and/or employer (if applicable)

Proof of property ownership (guarantor)

FEES TO BE CHARGED

Any amendments to tenancy agreement at tenant’s request is minimum £50 per change.

Holding deposits are capped at one week’s rent;

Security deposits will be capped at five weeks’ rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000 and six weeks’ rent where the annual rent is £50,000 or more;

Default fees (fees which can be charged during the tenancy) are limited to the reasonable costs incurred in replacing a key or lost security device or interest on rent overdue by 14 days or more, capped at 3% above the Bank of England base rate.
